At no time, is client, client’s guest or vendors allowed to go inside or cross the ropes around the "Old Homestead" located east of the Barn.
All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area with the exception of loading in. (No parking on grass areas or concrete around the barn this includes but is not limited to the front and back patios/sidewalks).
Do not slide any items on the floor (ex; tables, ice chest, barrels).
Do not remove or relocate any plants or planters.
Fireworks and any form of indoor or outdoor fire are not permitted on premises.
No open flames.
No nails, screws, staples or any other permanent tools used to attach the decoration are allowed.
Tape of any kind including gaff is not allowed on the concrete floor.
Sparklers are allowed outside only during departure. You must notify The McGranahan Barn staff if being used.
No confetti, glitter decorations are allowed.
Set-up equipment such as ladders, extension cords and any tools needed is not the responsibility of The McGranahan Barn and must be brought in by client or vendor.
All items brought in for the event must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Client, hired vendors and guest are not allowed on premises except for designated time unless further agreement is discussed. Client, guest and vendor must vacate the premises within time period allotted for rental.
Client is responsible for the cost of damages, missing items, excessive decor, late vacate, early arrival by the client and/or their guests.
All alcoholic beverages must be served from behind the bar by the designated/ licensed bartender.
We are a Historic Property. Please respect the property and barn as such. Thank you for letting us be a part of your special event!
